AHA fruit acid tonic with anti-aging effect 200 ml
Skin care begins with cleansing and subsequent toning of the skin. Unlike a tonic, which refreshes the facial skin, a tonic is much more intense! Our refreshing AHA fruit acid tonic with anti-aging effect of the 'Luxury Formula' series contains no alcohol and is particularly well tolerated by the use of mild fruit acids. This Previtalica Best Seller Tonic has a low fruit acid content and a low pH of 4, which has a particularly gentle effect on the skin and can remove dry skin cells without drying out the skin. Thanks to mild alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), the tonic helps stabilize the skin's natural acid mantle and promotes natural exfoliation. The existing acids and salts increase the pH of the skin and restore the chemical balance. The contain sorbitol gently cares for the skin and moisturize it. Glycolic acid stimulates the cell renewal rate of the skin, improving the suppleness and moisture content of the skin. In addition, the content of collagen and glycosaminoglycans (GAG) in the skin is improved, both are crucial ingredients for a beautiful skin. Thanks to the white tea, the wrinkles are combated. Thus, even with the toning of the skin with this tonic, the first anti-aging effect can be achieved. This tonic is also ideal for use with senile acne.
Shake the bottle gently before use.
After cleansing and/or peeling, apply to a cotton pad and spread over the face, neck and décolleté and wipe off thoroughly. It is important that the toning is performed gently and without pressure, so as not to irritate the skin (increased pressure does not increase the effect).
Aqua (water), propylene glycol, glycolic acid, sodium hydroxide, polyglyceryl-4 caprate, sorbitol, citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, ethylhexylglycerin, camellia sinensis leaf extract, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, phenoxyethanol.
Toning is essential after cleaning. It is part of a well-balanced facial care, and is a duty before any use of a skin care cream, especially with calloused skin. By toning the skin, the last residues of the cleaning product are removed, the skin is refreshed and its surface is restored to its natural, slightly acidic value. In addition, it makes the skin more receptive to subsequent care. The penetration of active ingredients into the skin is facilitated. The skin cells regenerate faster: wrinkles and pigmentation are alleviated and impurities and pimples are removed. The result is a clear, finely structured complexion. The skin looks fresher, smoother and feels softer.
This tonic brings you the following advantages in the application:
- tonifies and refreshes the skin
- enlarged pores become smaller
- wrinkles and pigment spots are alleviated
- impurities are removed
- the skin becomes more pure and even
- exfoliation, cleansing & beauty serum in one

Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA)
Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) are among the most important components of our tonic? We want you to learn more about and understand what alpha hydroxy acids are and how they work on your skin.
What are alpha hydroxy acids (AHA)?
Alpha hydroxy acids (or AHAs) are a group of acids that are found in many foods in nature. Lactic acid and glycolic acid are most commonly used in cosmetic care products. They come mainly from milk and fructose. Lactic acid, for example, is contained in high concentrations in sour milk and tomato juice. Glycolic acid is found in high concentrations in sugar cane. Numerous scientific data show that these two acids penetrate the skin particularly well and can achieve the desired results. Other alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) commonly used in cosmetics include citric acid (found in citrus fruits), malic acid (found in apples), tartaric acid (found in grapes), and others. Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) are most often used for skin diseases such as dry skin, aging skin or acne.
How do alpha hydroxy acids work?
Alpha hydroxy acids appear to work by removing the top layers of dead skin cells. One of the most important advantages of alpha hydroxy acids is their ability to exfoliate the skin gently. They essentially loosen the "glue" on the layer of skin that contains the old, dead skin cells. By applying a tonic with alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) and gently rubbing the skin with a cotton pad, the dead skin particles on the upper skin layer are removed effectively and particularly gently. This stimulates skin renewal and new healthy skin can grow better.
Alpha hydroxy acids can also increase the thickness of deeper layers of the skin and thus promote skin firmness. They reduce the appearance of wrinkles, prevent the formation of new wrinkles and make the skin smoother. With daily and long-term use, they can help make uneven and hyperpigmented skin smoother and more even.
It is also believed that alpha-hydroxy acids not only promote the growth of new (younger looking and fresh) skin, but also stimulate the growth of elastin and collagen.
Some people with very sensitive skin may have difficulty with alpha hydroxy acids. The cause is usually the concentration of these acids. To be able to use alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) products regularly, you should find out which concentration is right for your skin. Alpha-hydroxy acids seem to work best for most people at a concentration of 5% to 7%.
