The optimal functioning of the human digestive system is directly related to the health of the pancreatic cells. The optimal function of the pancreatic cells is in turn directly related to the intensity of protein synthesis in these cells. Protein biosynthesis is the formation of new proteins in cells and thus the process of gene expression, which is of central importance for all living things and in which proteins are built up from amino acids according to genetic information.
